At the beginning of Today’s lesson, Mr Powell
went through the steps of how to give each chapter of our iBook stories faint
background pictures, as this is a popular technique used by many authors and
illustrators for picture books. By doing this, the page can give more interest
to the reader as instead of the pages being one colour; they actually have
faint background pictures that can be related back to the particular section of
the animation.
